The shit has just hit the Fan !! Last month a very well known porn producer and talent MAX HARDCORE was found guilty on 10 counts of obscenity charges for distributing adult material via the internet and the across the country. That is 5 years per count giving him the maximum of 50 years in prison. He is being sentenced in September. Though Max may not produce the type of porn I enjoy, this is just a sign that the government is trying to still hinder those of us in the adult industry from freely expressing ourselves. Not only that it proves that we have to work harder in the industry to protect our rights to free speech , as well as trying to understand what are legal rights should be. The first amendment is our most important weapon when being an adult industry professional.
